Hows he gonna know who to send them to and who ordered what? If it isn't written down I'm sure he forgot by now who wants what.

...and he claims he's a professional. Anybody in their right mind would keep a running log to clear off what's done and what's not.

Also where is his client list on his website that he boasts he's so occupied with?... any respectable professional I know or have looked about always has a track history of their clients that have worked for.

Darklord Dave and his staff have asked people to try to remain civil and there is no need for threats, mud slinging and ill will. I agree with Darklord Dave. If you see something you find personally abhorrent in a response or reply or comment in this issue, my advice is to ignore it. I can understand the anger, but it's not going to get you your items or a refund one second faster. They aren't going to change your mind, you aren't going to change theirs. If you feel that someone in this thread or the forums is "taunting" you over the issue and has done so consistently, then why dignify their behavior with a response? My advice? Don't speak to them ever again. Never do business with them. Never trade with them. Never reply to any post they generate. If you see them at SDCC, don't shake their hand. Don't read any of their posts.

To date, I have received the following from Chris, which were commissions I learned of here at SSF:

1. Tony Stark
2. Tony Stark free replacement when the first one was a bit large
3. Regular Joker
4. Licky Joker
5. Bruce Wayne
6. Bald River Tam
7. River Tam w/ sculpted hair*
8. House w/ cane

I don't appear on the list for *River w/hair, but did order and have received it. I am still in the groups awaiting Nicholson, the 4th Doctor, Denzel, and the Maximus armor.

None of my orders included neck post drilling or painting services. I've never posted pictures because nothing is painted yet, but I'll post a couple shots below. I didn't realize how much had happened in the last few days, because I've put a lot of users on my "ignore" list lately. I'm posting this for your information, and I do not mean to antagonize anyone still waiting for theirs.

Thanks for posting those. Glad to see a non-"noob" get his sculpts. So much for that theory about only "noobs" getting their orders

Interesting that you got your sculpts, congrats. I still think the guy has some shady business practices especially when he ignores requests for refunds but whatever. This has all been said already but congrats to those who are getting their heads they ordered.

I know this will seem like sour grapes, but its not, but I really think it was a strange decision for Chris to send an item to someone who has had positive history of receiving items (and thus probably didn't have as much alarm) and allow others who are freaking out to continue freaking out.

WTF is going on??! I'm really losing patients now. He's selling all these heads on ebay?? I just thought it was the House head. That's bad enough but to be selling more?? Why have we not gotten ours yet? what is the hold up? If he intended to get us our heads I think he would have gotten them to us by now. At least before he sold them on ebay.

But congrats to all who recieved their heads. I'm glad someone is.

Hopefully the proof that heads (Summer and House) are going out will cool the "Howes is ripping people off" rhetoric.

Another thing to consider for people who do NOT have orders with Howes: Not only do we have the money we paid for our head and/or painting orders, but we have the money that we've already invested in the bodies, clothes, parts, etc, that these heads will go on top of!

Just something to think about, and another reason why some of us would much rather give Howes the extra time to finish up the projects instead of threatening law enforcement involvement or demanding refunds.

If Howes is forced to issue refunds or is further distracted from getting the work done, then what the heck are we supposed to do with our headless bodies? Know what I mean?
