Jbinny STARTED it, not I. He almost ALWAYS brings it up to start it. Bringing up how something would be great for flipping, and how "it's flipping time", is CLEARLY inconsistent with the forum rules. The official position of this forum is that scalping is discouraged.

The commerce forum is PART of the forum. SURELY you can glean that if scalping is discouraged in the commerce forum, it is also discouraged everywhere else in the Sideshow Freaks forum, as a whole. You are so ignorant, in this case, ignorant of the forum rules on scalping, and encouraging same. I'm not going to go into an anti scalping discussion. I'm just pointing out that YOU and the other scalpers always start the scalping arguments, and that scalping is discouraged in the forum, nothing more. well i hate to interupt you guys but i see that i have this no the WL, i know that i had it on order when it first came out, but it looks like i reordered it sometime later. guess i'll wait and see in hand pics before cancelling again.

or should i say if my WL converts, i don't see why it won't since virtually every other piece has lately.

No, scalping doesn't make me sad, it makes me angry and hateful. Those are different emotions entirely. You start it, because there is no need to even bring up scalping as far as talking about the piece is concerned, ie how well it's sculpted, how well it depicts the character, what you like about the pose, what part of the character's career is depicted in the piece, what that means to someone, how big it is, will you have room for it, what you think of the EX, do you think there will be more of the same character, or how far the line will go, and who's next, ect. There is never any need to talk about scalping unless you DON"T really like it in the first place, and are only buying it to sell, in which case, you have no passion for it, and thus there is no reason for you to say anything about the piece in the first place.
Talking about scalping in a positive manner is stupid, and irrelevant to the greatness of the art of the collectible, and is insensitive to the collectors you profiteer from. I'm done with this subject in this thread.

I don't think you'll have much trouble with your WL converting. This piece didn't do much for me and I don't think that I'm alone about this one. I'm happy for IM fans, but I think the IM Red/Gold and Stealth Comiquettes did the job they were supposed to do. I didn't really see a need for the classic version as well, but then again, this one is for the fans.

I don't blame you. This one never interested me from the start. I didn't even bother with the PO. That's not saying that it doesn't look good, but unless it can "wow" me like the Iron Spider-Man did from the stock photos, then it's a "pass" for me.
