Ok guys,
Here is how the dummy/sleeve heads,Jango and Rex heads came out. As you can see there are two lenghts of dummy/sleeve heads. The shorter one is for the head sculpts and the longer one is for the helmets.

The sleeves fit snugly over the balled neck joint giving you more Poseabillity. You can then epoxy the head or helmet to the tops of them, giving them a permanent neck joint. Depending how hollow each cast is you may have to shave the sleeve down some for the correct height.

I also had to widen the Obi neck collar out so that it would fit over the casted heads hiding the joint. By the way the Obi ball joint is the same as the Hot toys one. The sleeve will fit on both.

The Jango, Rex and short dummy/sleeves will come casted in a light flesh color and the long dummy/sleeves will be white.

The pricing for the dummy/sleeve will be $1.00 and the casted heads will be $4.00 each.

Since I don't know how much interest I have in these I dont have alot of them precasted so it will probably take up to 2 weeks for me to ship once I get an idea on how many to make.

Yup! they are made to order. I'm trying something different and casting them in black instead of white. The intent is to achieve that weathered look to the helmets when you paint them.

Thanks! They are both Hasbro's Ultimate Jango heads. The Blonde one just has re-sculpted hair.
