Im kind of shocked considering how little people seem to be ordering this, I can't see it being as popular as the regular trooper.

If Sideshow's smart and fleshes out a team with maybe a pointman and SAW, I think people would see the value in picking up a sniper and the rest of the officers.

Might do that with my Sniper's leftover bdu...when I get around to getting one that is.

CCC's still sold out. Though, I'm betting that's because Sideshow "Sold Out" the regular to guarantee sales of Ca Ca Commander from those who weren't able to snatch up the regular CC. Might also explain why the regular is still available and CCC hasn't even popped up via a "Oh, we just found a whole pallet full - Spooky Second Chance!" as people who picked up CCC either find him an acceptable version or are bent at being burned. The way Sideshow probably sees it though is, "Wow, even the redundant variants sell out!"

He's a cool figure on his own, but the real potential is like Evilface said "He is worth it for the parts alone."

COBRA Sniper uses:
Web Gear & Rifle for COBRA Trooper.
Head for Cobra Trooper variant.
Cloth balaclava for COBRA Officer (can use the gear from the trooper now).

I just haven't figured out what the uniform is good for yet...black uniform Cobra Commander?

I am glad to hear this. I want to get a few extra snipers so I can swap out the uniforms on my troopers (sorry G.I. Joe Nazis, I just like the black uniforms better). And this edition size should make them cheap on ebay a little farther down the road.
