Be patient. I missed out on getting it from Sideshow but kept my eye on eBay for one and got lucky. Got one around 6 months ago for $225 Buy It Now. This was a little bit before the new Cobra Commander figure was released which may make a difference now. Though I've always found that I can get whatever I want on eBay for the price I want as long as I don't mind waiting for the right deal. It WILL come around at some point.
