Yeah, that was great defense by ND. Does anyone else think Kiffin is an idiot or am I missing something? He was down 9 and a field goal would have got them within 1 score. Why did he feel the need to go for it on 4th down? That whole sequence wasted a lot of time.

Much easier to kick from the 30 for a win then score a TD from the 30 on your next possession. You need two score and time was running out and if you kick a FG you might only have 20-30 seconds to score a TD.

They have held much better offenses to not many points, I don't expect ether team to blow out anyone else.

The rules aren't out yet, and the last I heard is winning conference is likely to be a requirement. Even if not they would only get 2 not 3 guaranteed.

They barely beat Purdue and Pitt. And yes, Alabama will be in the BCS championship game. I don't think Georgia is nearly as strong of a team as Alabama is. Six straight, about to be seven.

They had an idiot for an AD who fired Phil Fulmer and hired an incompetent coach after Lane bolted on them. Never will I understand the hiring of Dolittle Dooley they should have fired him after losing to Kentucky last year.

They were supposed to get crushed some games and they just win. It's not pretty but they just do what they have to win.

Part of the requirement is winning your conference. I do believe there will be some play in games as well but you can't just get four teams from the same conference from the start.
