Mizzou took care of business today thankfully. They have a couple of rough games ahead though. The announcers today were dogging on Mizzou a bit because of how some of the other teams have played. Can't get any respect for being 9-1 in one of the best conferences in the country.

Fourth Big Ten win a row for the first time since 1973. Finally, some hope for this sorry program.

You're right about that. It's amazing what a nice 2-3 year run can do for a program. If Mizzou makes it to the SEC Title Game and possibly a BCS game, recruits around the country will take notice.

Standards have been pretty low here for two generations. Not decades but generations...lol

I guess you gotta start somewhere. The nice part is that our team consists mainly of sophmores/juniors. Next year could be really fun.

Winning does tend to cure the ills of a program. Except if you can't win any games basically like the losers in Lawrence. I hope so. Would be nice to see them take the next step.

That's a good place to start with kids in that grade level. If you can win better freshman come in and the ball really gets moving.

But then again, anything beats playing in the metrodump...lol

They will need lots of help this time. Baylor would have the inside track to the second spot with ranked games coming up. If Ohio State doesn't lose I don't see how you keep a team who has not lost itwo years out if Baylor or FSU lose.

Great! Then we can watch a repeat of last years game where one team should be there and the other is a fraud.

PS: I'm not saying ohio st isn't a good team but the Big 10 is really down. I don't think them not losing has as much to do with that as anything. I'd say the same thing about Baylor and the big 12.

I've given you some crap on here, but this is a quality post, I totally agree.

And by the way, Roll Tide Roll, Bama dominated the 2nd half. Really proud of this win.
