If you really really want it , destroy the statue then ask for replacement. Maybe You'll get Lucky.

Hey guys, I just got my Ex PF Colossus this morning and the mailer box was damaged and sure enough so was the package box.
Any suggestion on how to address this?

SSC does replace boxes. My Colossus Com came with a lot of damage to the box. I contacted SSC CS and they asked for pics. I sent them. A few days later they emailed me and said a new box would be shipped to me. They mail them out flat. I had to put the box together. I now have a mint box. Contact CS. It doesn't hurt to ask for a new box. They did it for me.

Yes. They'll ask you to take a pic of the base or bottom of your box. Both of them have your ES number on it. When you receive your new box it will have your original ES number on it. Good luck.

Rogue isn't a disaster. It became/becomes a trend for you guys (you know who) to say she is. She isn't the best and a lot of costumers had problems with her paintjob especially the heads, but if you received a good one, you have a nice statue.

She is a disaster IMO...I'd say 40-50% had screwed up heads and they changed the body after the proto.

True but it's rogue. I can't skip her otherwise my collection won't feel complete. She's a mess but over time I can live with it. Price was fair at 300.00 and shipping extra. If it was now like batman at 400.00 plus shipping. I would return it back to them.
