Well back in the day (lol) Hot Toys released unofficial figures for Se7en, so why not do it again? It´s not like Heat and Carlito´s way have as much recognition and fanbase as the dark knight or resident evil (maybe Heat but Carlito´s way and Scarface are both mostly loved by devoted fans, fans that want 1/6 figures :=P) so they could just call the figure "Haet - Victor Heinz" or "Lolita´s street - Charles Brighthead" and I know how inane and hilariously retarded those names sound but I would still buy it :D

Given that we already have a Godfather figure, I think a Michael Corleone is possible. Personally, I would prefer bearded Pacino from the great Serpico.

Hot Toys contracting Kojun has absolutely nothing to do with them being able to sell Al Pacino figures just because he sculpted a couple of them.

Hot Toys can’t just make whatever they want whenever they want to. Do you honestly expect those who hold the rights and royalties to the Godfather, Carlito’s Way and Serpico not to care to filter and take a profit off of what kind of merchandise is put out on the product THEY own?

It’s illegal to market a product with no license and yes that goes for Kojun’s customs too. The reason he gets away with it is because he makes a very limited amount and does not officially use the actor’s name or the movies title anywhere otherwise lawsuits could and would happen.

I’m sure Hot Toys is well aware of the demand for a Michael Corleone figure but its not likely to happen. For whatever reason Pacino has agreed to sell his likeness for Scarface but as for the Godfather he has not attached his likeness to any merchandise as of yet including being the sole individual NOT to attach his likeness to the videogame.

Other than Scarface and ^^^^ Tracy back in the 90’s there has been no Pacino figures.

And judging by the fact, that there has been no De Niro of any kind ever, the best bet is to try and track down some of the Andy B or Feng heads and make a custom.

Hot Toys would and should never go back to doing unlicensed figures like they did with Se7en. Why would they now that they’ve made it? A lawsuit and shady business like that when they have real clients, investors and it could royally screw up their reputation. The reason why they did it in the first place is that they were nothing more than a glorified customizer in the beginning, it was those early sculpts and designs that they pitched to showcase their skill in order to get REAL licenses to get a business going.

The closest thing they could and would do is attach some passable likeness to a generic army guy of a famous actor like they did with Tom Cruise, Wesley Snipes, Edward Norton and others.

What the hell is wrong with you for not including an option for the Godfather and Scarface??? Your choices suck man! ;)
