Company fines couple for bad review?

you can easily sue or be sue these days. give opinion/experience but not outrageous claim. and never give out your real name and personal details. I read glassdoor when I search for company sometimes. I prefer anonymous.

I can understand its their business and they need to protect it.
 
yeah but if anything this is going to give them so much negative attention.

I tried to check their site and my web advisor flagged it as red, Wouldn't even let me in it because of people rating them low lol
 
huh? u have some kind of filter on your browser? u at work or something? company website are usually public right?

what kind of review system that block people from seeing their website? if so, that would be an issue for the company, never mind the review itself.
 
If they want to fight it they can, even if they technically agreed to those terms they were not something you would ever expect and they can't be held to it, just like the EULA stuff in software.
 
I would've sued them for a lot more than $75,000 if I had the problems that they had. I would've talked to a lawyer who works on percentage and got all I could.

a site advisor like McFee. I can still go in the site if I click "view site"
My point was that people are flagging this website online so much the site advisor now thinks it has adware :lol
