Well what do you think?

I think its 12'' by 24''. That's what the auction says at least. I wouldn't go by what the photos look like when trying to determine size. I see your point about the couch, but it's barely in the same field of view so it's difficult to judge based on that.

I wouldn't mind it being 24'' by 48,'' BUT I'm planning on the 12'' by 24'' because I've already got a spot for it. :D

Well I'm sure it is 12x24 but I would have loved to see a larger one for sale too. Only because I like 'em big. Wait, that didn't come out right.

:lol Wow...BuffyGirl...I don't know what to say. I mean maybe we should continue this via PM. :rotfl Just kidding!!!

I know what you mean, but I think this will be a great piece!

I'm hoping if and when a Buffy piece is made, we can talk with Matt about the possibility of a larger size (ie 24'' by 48.'') That's what I want the most.

And I know what you mean! I would love to have a LARGE Buffy and/or Angel piece. Um, art piece. I just can't win today. I would pay double the price if it meant double the size. Ok, I give up!

Can you guys post some pics?? I like the Firefly one and would like to get it, but want to see some in-hand pics of what you guys have so I know what to expect.

Doesn't it?!? I'm really impressed by how these look. I'm was really tempted to get the Firely piece, but I fell in love the Dollhouse piece. The look is so sleek IMO.

To be honest. I would have picked the FF piece up on top of the Dollhouse one if the FF one had the cast members. It was only because it was Serenity featured in the artwork that I didn't.

Maybe Matt will make another? I do like the cast idea!!!

He has a poll up now, on the main store page, where we can pick which verse we want next.

I picked Angel, even tough I'm generally a Buffy fan. Something about the color and the fact that it's reflecting laser art stuff makes me think big city and Angel, not The Hellmouth and Buffy.

Thanks for the update, Sky!! I'm going to check it out right now!

VOTED!! And I went with Buffy.

Honestly, I hope Matt makes both a Buffy piece and an Angel piece. There are so many fans of both, including myself, that I don't think he can go wrong.

I voted Buffy! Cause it's my show. But I would have chosen Angel second if there was that option.

He said they are def 12x24 they just look bigger. ;)

Also, the Harry Potter one is really great!

Hey all!

I'm glad our art has provoked such discussion. So we discovered something when we made our Dr. Horrible pieces (which form a triptych) that you can put any number of pieces next to each other and it is nearly impossible to tell it isn't one solid piece. We will be offering future pieces at different sizes (and possibly the current ones) To give a good idea of size, I've attached a pic of Robert, President of Avitech Graphics and Felicia Day at SDCC 09 when we gave her a Dr. Horrible set. Keep those ideas coming as we are always listening (but not in a creepy Dollhouse way)

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,

Thanks for the update! I can't wait to get mine this coming week!!! :rock :rock :rock

The pics looks great. Thanks for sharing. When do you think the soonest is that you'll be starting a new commission?

Haha, I just ended up getting out the measuring tape and saying ok, this is how big it is, now how much of this wall will it fill...I will definitely be needing the buffy/angel ones as well to help fill up a wall. :)
