Mine has the lazy left eye too, but the right eye on mine is looking strait ahead not down which is what I was commenting about. It sucks, I've got a few Marty Feldmans in my collection from Sideshow as well, of course none are actually supposed to be Marty Feldman.
Maybe all the people painting lazy eyes cut their teeth on the Young Frankenstein line?

Did you mean mine was looking down cause it isn't, or at least it doesn't look like it to me.

Sorry, not spicificly looking down, but the pupil on her right eye is painted too low, mine is painted in the middle of her iris with little gap between the upper eyelid and the top of the pupil.
