Here ya go, Snoop. Not the best picture for details. But good enough size comparison
I don't have any pics, but I've seen most of them on display in my LCS and I'm not a big fan. They're really small, to the point where they're no bigger than a normal DC Direct action figure. Once a statue dips below 8 or 9-inches I don't really see the point. My other problem is that I'd rather have something that was based directly on Jim Lee's art and not CG models inspired by his designs. Aside from Batman and Superman, none of the statues have that sleek Jim Lee quality. Some, like Hal Jordan, are just plain lumpy.
After seeing how small GL was, and how badly the paint rubs were, I cancelled my Green Arrow that I had on order.
Yup ^^
I think DC and WB need to wake up and smell the revenue they are loosing. There is SO much potential. I've always felt that DCD is like the proverbial red headed step child that gets neglected and thrown a bone once in a while. I wish someone would grab the bull by the horns over at WB and get someone to take charge at DCD and start treating it with the respect that it deserves. Get production back on track, maximize profits, hire accomplished artists and work with them and not against them, hire a decent advertising firm or at least hire someone who's full time job is to promote DCD and it's products to all media, stop being so damn secretive and vague and start interacting with fans, do something,ANYTHING to interact with other potential consumers other than a website that updates once a month. Utilize social media! use that dormant facebook account and and keep us updated!, start a blog and give us teasers, profile artists, give us WIP pics and notes.
It's so frustrating to see the potential go untapped. I mean, your playgroung is the freaking DC Universe for crying out loud! DC characters are in multi-million dollar Summer blockbusters, they star in hit animated series, star in video games, are on underoos! etc, etc Grab yourself a slice of the pie man!
Sorry didn't to turn that into a rant but my fingers just kept going
Well, at least Supergirl comes out on March 30th. Which means that in DCD time = September. So you know, woohoo
...but a Mary Marvel might change that!

Gee whiz...it seems like forever since we've heard any news about the Cover Girls line (besides the Starfire announcement).
They haven't even announced her yet. Nothing on the site to speak of.
Yup ^^

I wish they hired you, Incurable Collector!
I really liked the Gary Frank Superman comic as he really resembles Christopher Reeve. when I heard DCD was going to release a wave based on this, I was so thrilled. Then, I saw the figures. Two versions of Superman and NEITHER one was in his classic outfit. They release a Superman in this outfit in nearly every wave and in the one wave it makes sense...
I am thankful they made some great lines and the Mignola Batman statue still ranks as one of my favorite pieces but they rarely miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
Dang...you're right, they haven't even posted any official announcement on the DCD website.
