Thanks!

I think her face looks better than the prototype. I wasn't a 100% sold on the prototype face and was banking on it improving/looking better in person.

I was rewarded :D

The base work is really nice. It also has some great paint work unlike some of the cover girls we have seen.

I think in a way this statue is unoffically a cover girl as the back of the box has pictures of the rest of girls sort like a "collect them all" sort of thing. Scale is right too so she fits in great.

Over all if you are a fan of the new costume you are going to want to pick this up.

I saw this on display in my LCS and was pleasantly surprised. I'm so used to being disgusted by the tiny size of DC Direct's recent statues. I'm now considering picking it up to display next to my Death statue. As far as I can tell they're close enough in scale.

In the DC Direct panel they said that the were continueing the Covers girls statues. They mentioned Death was being made after Raven.

Sweet! :rock

Even though Sideshow may come out with a Death statue, I still love this line and will pick up Death since she is one of my favorites! :yess:

I'm glad to hear about Death. I have the statue based on Chris Bachalo's design, and while it's nice enough I always felt they could do better. Hopefully this will succeed where the DC Chronicles failed.

Yeah...When I saw the DC Chronicles Death in person I was really impressed. It could have been done much better.

how the heck do you decide a character like Death, who frankly I have never heard of, should get a statue made before other more recognizable characters like Huntress?

IMO, Death is more recognizable than the Huntress.

Death was made very popular during Neil Gaiman's Sandman run and became even more popular during her two limited series run; Death: The High Cost of Living and Death: The Time of Your Life. :peace
