No way. Adam loves Barb, if he does a Cover Girl it'll be her.
I think that print was made before Batwoman appeared in the comics. Isn't the woman with the read highlights in the front Hawkgirl?
I think if Batgirl is made, it's going to be the new Batgirl for some reason.
I hope you're right but when is she going to be Batgirl again because that will be used for a cover?
Here's the official write up from DC for the poster
"Originally designed as a promotional piece for DC Comics at San Diego Comic Con,this oversized poster featuring the Women of the DC Universe is now available for retail sale! Measuring an impressive 39"wide x 24"high,the poster shows Catwoman, Oracle,Zatanna,Black Canary,Power Girl, Wonder Woman,Supergirl,Batwoman, Vixen,Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn (collectively regarded as the REAL power of the DC Universe) in their bridal best, as depicted by acclaimed artist Adam Hughes."
So yes, Kathy was around when the poster was made she just wasn't starring in Detective Comics yet. The current incarnation of Batwoman made her re-appearance in 2006 in the weekly "52" series, the poster came out in 2008. The original character has been around since 1956. Funny though that Kathy has short hair and the long red hair is actually a wig attached to her cowl but in the poster she has long red flowing locks.
I hope you're right but when is she going to be Batgirl again because that will be used for a cover?
Maybe Adam could do a "flashback" cover of Babs as Batgirl for the new series.

That is no longer a requirement. Ivy and Harley are sketches not covers. Its been said and I believed quoted in this thread, that DC is not sticking to just AH! covers any longer for this line.
I really don't remember anyone posting that. From what I read was they would be future covers if it's new art, but I can be wrong.
Some of the designs are covers that have not yet printed. DC will buy art and often file it away for future use. So it may not be a cover you recognize NOW, but by the time the statues ship, you may see these covers in print.

As long as the line continues to give us great AH! statues, I don't care if the art is used on covers or not!
I HATE it when they make Ivy taller than Harley! Bruce Timm designed Harley as way taller than Poison Ivy.a little something Adam did when designing these, that I couldn't show you guys until now...
Adam designed them at the same time, so that they'd go well together as a set!

^^ agreed. My only requirement is that the statues be based on Adam's art. If someday, they go with another artist then they should clearly state it by designating it volume II or series II or whatever. Take the current series of bust designed by Amanda Conner - if I had not taken the time to read articles on the bust I would have no idea that she had designed them.
Yep, I agree with that all the way!
