Anyone a fan of craft brews? If so post some of your favorites. Here's three of my current faves.
Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout
Gulden Draak
St. Bernardus Abt. 12
There's a few that I'd love to try and always have my eyes peeled for a nice price but some are almost impossible to find.
Trappist Westvleteren 12 - This is considered the Holy Grail of beer. Consistently ranked #1 best beer by most websites and publications. Only problem is that it's brewed once a year by Brouwerij Westvleteren monks and they don't sell it for a profit. Only enough to maintain their monastery. They urge others not to sell it, and consumers not to buy it unless you line up at it's release over in Belgium at their monastery. You can find it online, but it aint cheap. One day I'll get my hands on some though.
The Abyss - This one is brewed in Oregon, but the brewery doesn't ship it so it's hard to come by and usually sells out very quickly. It's barrel aged like wine and each year has a special reserve that comes out around Nov/Dec. Hopefully I can snag a case this year from someone in the area.
