for Ledger, I would pay attention to the eye area, really get those folds, muscles and fat groups working. Take a look at this pic of Heath - see how there is a little fat on the upper eye socket drooping down? and bring the eye bulge below, work on the crease and curvature on that. I recently have been spending more time on the eyes of my sculpts and found that it really brings them to another level!

Thanks again Sean for the suggestion on the eyes. I always thought it was a solid Joker but I always wanted more Ledger in it. I think I am finally seeing him.
