When I ordered I had to add the code, then click through to checkout and then reapply the code from my promo wallet. The discount stayed put then.

Do you know if there is a cancellation fee if I order a second one with the coupon, then cancel the first?

There shouldn't be. How long ago was it, and did you flexpay or fullpay? More importantly, were you charged anything yet?

I placed the order within the last 15 minutes. And I chose to pay in full. But the code didn't go through.And since it says shipping soon, I can only cancel by calling them. So I thought about ordering a second one, trying the code again.

I have tried three more times, even doing what you did; but the order won't go through. It keeps saying the code has expired, even though it should still have a few hours left. However, the code remains in my wallet.

Is anyone else having problems applying the discount code REFUND2015? I just ordered Winter Soldier with it, and in the cart it said it was successfully applied. But when I placed the order, it wasn't. Looks like the code is even still in my promo wallet, but when I click eligible items, nothing comes up. So now I have a full price Winter Soldier that went through successfully. I'll have to call them tomorrow.

Didn't that code run out a few days back?
The type at the bottom of the email read *Promo code REFUND2015 will expire on April 17, 2015 at 12:00PM (GMT), or while supplies last*

It might be a good idea to call SSC today and explain the situation, I'm sure they will do what they can to help.

Going through some ordering issues myself today. PayPal order option no longer appears for me on the final check-out screen of a back-ordered item (newly marked pre-order). This worked fine last month however when I placed an order for a different item with the same back-ordered situation (marked available for the upcoming month).

It was shown at the end of the newsletter... Unfortunately when I read mine 2 hours after it arrived, it had the legend "We're Sorry, there are no more codes"
