The last one didn't work in the Spooktacular page for me, it worked in the redeem code page.
NOTE: I tried 30 minutes after the code was posted in Twitter.

Well I entered the code less than an hour after receiving the email and it had already expired by then, so I'm not sure how long they last. Seems like a very short time for a $2 code.

From what I've noticed in the past is the more the code is worth the less time you have. Dunno if that holds up this year or not.

You are right! The code is still active in your rewards point page if you enter it there.

I think mine registered even when it said it was expired, cause when I entered it again at the reward points page it said that it had already been added to my points.
