Those animal foods you guys are talking about are nothing compared to the Chinese taste though.

What, bugs?
You can buy food made from bugs here in the states, it's not too difficult to find. There's also a large population of Vietnamese here in Kansas City, so Durian and Balut can be easily found around here too, I just don't think I'd try it myself.
Snails are kinda a bug.... and I did eat at a Chinese restaurant back in the '80's a couple of times that was closed down later for using what turned out to be dog and cat meat in their food, I might've had some and didn't know. :lol

Yeah, the last part is what I was implying to: dog and cat meat.

When I lived in the UK there was a Chinese restaurant that got shut down after health inspectors found a bunch of Alsatians hung up in their freezer. The manager swore they were only for employee consumption but yeah, see you later, doors closed for good.

Oh yeah I forgot about street food in Jakarta. It was "chicken" satay but not sure it was since the whole meal cost less than $1 us.

A lot of people eat cats and dogs in Switzerland, too. Animal rights groups have been trying to get it banned for years. Seems to be an Alpine thing, as it was pretty common in Northern Italy, too, but it's illegal there now.

I was lied to and given rabbit ...I then punched my friend in the face after it

Non-consensual carnivorism?
