Correct- they did not, at least as far as I'm aware, and I've been following this thread for a couple of years.

It seems obvious that they started giving codes out during these live shows to boost interest/viewership in them and thus lead to more sales of the products they feature in them (and I assume they gave out many codes post-SDCC on their various social media platforms as part of the same strategy). They must have boosted their various shows/platforms to their standard for them to stop giving out codes now, and them waiting until the very end of the show to tell us they won't be giving a code out during it pretty much confirms my (seemingly obvious) theory.

However, I doubt it's really generated too many sales/done much for them since we can just watch the chat waiting for a code to be posted and not the live show itself (which I've always done) and we can share codes in this thread and others like it.

Perhaps they aren't getting the numbers they were looking for. A lot pf people stock piling codes. Poor Spook/Black Friday sales.

Agreed. I don't think you should watch Sideshow Live expecting a code, just tune in if you're interested in finding out news about upcoming releases, any code is just a bonus. If anything, wait until 12 days, there may be something there

They don't put them on every box
