I was already signed in to my rewards page and just had to cut and paste. It still took about 3 minutes before it got through....

Kind of ridiculous. I thought that the codes didn't start until tomorrow so I wasn't prepared at all. Glad I got one while I can. I'll be flying to New Zealand tomorrow and quite busy after that so I'm guessing I'll miss most of the festivities.
