Double check your rewards page. It may have taken even though it crashed. I just tried to re-enter the code and it showed in my history as already redeemed.

It accepted the code for me as well, even though the site crashed as soon as I pasted it.

Seems easier to just reinstate the code for a slightly longer period of time, unless these releases are programmed in and they can't change anything.
