Getting to the end of the map gets you $3. I don't think you need to actually fight the red ghost three times to get there. And getting all the red coins gets you an $8 code.

Thanks for the help, but it says that code has reached it's limit.
I had to stop last night before finding that last red coin, mostly because my wrists were in too much pain.
