I wonder if it was a gift for the Sideshow Social Network members? They advertised one for the Thursday morning but it ended up being a reward code that had a cap on how many people could claim it. Perhaps there was sufficient whining that they decided to throw all SSN people an extra $5.

That is as good a theory as any. I also got $5 x 2. I only have $2 still outstanding from a Con lottery spin.

Registered for the Rewind event just now and got $5 credited to my account. I'm still missing those last two $2 lotteries though. Have these not been paid yet?

I got that $2 and as a reward code it went into my account instantaneously, so as you said it's not that. It could be an additional reward for signing up for their Social Network, but if it's not for that I have no clue.
