I don't think so. I think this is an extra 10% off before or after the 30%, so a slightly better deal. But yeah, still free shipping and double rewards. Still not enough for me. If an HT figure gets low enough that it's worth buying for the Truetype body and some of the accessories, I'll go for it.

So there's an email list up to get notified of new discount codes and reward codes? Am I reading that right? Or is there something on the forum to notify you?

I think the discount is the same, the rewards might be different though.

Mine that I ordered with the older code came out to $145.60 (CA sales tax=$10 on that) with 329 rewards points.

That's the same amount of rewards I ended up with, didn't check what it was giving out with today's code.
