If a code isn't working for you, try clearing cookies for the sideshow site, quit and restart your browser and of course make sure you've typed or pasted the code correctly. Oh, and that you haven't already used it.

Damn, I didn't know you can't use a coupon and rewards points on the same order. Looks like I'll be hanging around here looking for some more codes. I still need $20 in RPs for Doom. It's not like I can't afford the $20 but I'm determined to pick this up and pay it in full with RPs. I promised myself I wouldn't use my RPs until I can pay off a PF in full and I'm sticking to it.

Yup. Plus, you have to click on the Spooktacular link in your email to enter the special place for promo codes. You can't access it by going to the regular promotion menu in your account.

Had to pull the trigger on the Bruce Banner for $128 shipped plus RP. Almost went with the Crow, but it would've been to part him out. At least Banner fits in with my Avengers display. Funny. But I recall when these things were retailing for these heavily discounted prices, and I was like, "damn! Kinda pricey"!

Yeah, I plan on paying closer attention now. Before I didn't care much about missing out on a few codes because I figured I could use the $20 coupon and my RPs to get the Doom PF. With these codes paying out $5 worth of RPs a pop, it looks like I'll be needing 4 more codes.

Sideshow has so many subscribers that they probably send out their mass mailings over a period of hours to make sure they don't hammer their (or their remailer service's) servers and also to prevent potential blockages at a third-party ISP level (flagged as potential spam for instance).

My mailing list e-mails always show up at like 2-3pm PST, so I figured it was the same thing.
