Ok Twitter Guru, please give use old people a lesson. I reply to a tweet and it doesn't show up, or it shows up and then disappears.

And what if #### is the purpose of a # and how do you use it

When I hit the reply button the @XXXXXX is in the tweet, am I supposed to add the #XXXXXX to make it link up somehow???

# is called a hashtag and it makes it possible for someone (like Chicky) to search through Twitter easier. For Sideshow, you need use the # in order to quality for the contest, it's part of the rules.

The # is a hashtag and becomes a hyperlink. You can then search all comments with just that hashtag when used. ie if you used #SCCatwoman then Susan can just search that on twitter and find all the entries for that one contest. If you hit reply it will only reply to the person you need to type the hashtag as that does not auto fill only the people's names @xxxx will fill when you hit reply.

I have never had tweets disappear after I have replied to someone but it might be a refresh issue on twitter if that is happening.

I bought this when it had $51 in RPs just to flip it but decided to keep it and picked up the Mandarin with the TREATDEAL promotion last to go with it

@xxxxxxxx is a tweet directed towards user xxxxxxx

#yyyyyyyy is like a subject, you can click on and see who else is talking bout it and using the same hashtag
