I don't think money has legally changed hands until the bank officially transfers the money to Sideshow's account. It doesn't happen instantaneously. The bank puts a "hold" on your account for the amount of the charge but that money doesn't get to Sideshow for maybe a day or so.

And they have every right to reverse the transaction. It was a glitch.

Money has changed hands at that point, so yes it has. If I use a coupon at Walmart, and pay the cashier, the goods are mine regardless if she has handed the bags to me yet. She can't just reach into my bag and reverse transaction as she pleases. I completely understand it was a mistake, and had it been me, I wouldn't have argued for the $150, but Sideshow SHOULD have asked before reversing the transaction

No, you're mistaken. That just isn't how it works. Your equivency to a cashier reaching into your bag to take back "your goods" is laughable.
