It's been said PC will most likely have a holiday sale, if they do I'll try to get Mk43 and Spidey. I want to upgrade my ASM figure.

No the entire site was on sale for 20% off legitimately. Products that were already discounted (some 20% or more off were then discounted again and making the "glitch" to get some figures for almost 40% off and others more. That extra off of the 20% was on the site for about 14 hours and then people caught wind of the site and bought so much product it set off a notice to PC something was up.
My only question is that it may not have been a "glitch" at all as they were not expecting the onslaught of orders that came through but once it did they dropped the site discounts down and played it off as a issue with the website. I mean 14 hours is a long time to have a major pricing error hang around your site. Either way the prices were still great for 20% off the older stuff that had been out for some time.

So what was the total cost for the Troopers shipped to you, just curious. Im thinking about ordering the set from PC as well

I seriously doubt it was intentional. As their site is known to have hiccups from time to time. Especially during special offers. But it's usually downtime Etc. And the the glitch happened to some very new and expensive items. And you have to remember the glitch occured during non working hours on a early Saturday morning local Australian time. And it is my guess that more international orders were able to take advantage of the glitch then locals were able to.
Was greatly considering getting the Prime 1 Grimlock or Stargate Anubis bust for the 36% off. But was also considering getting the 1/2 Mark 7 and the Hulk Maquette but just missed putting my 3rd order by minutes. So many items so little time. Or rather space.
Just remember there is likely to be Christmas sales.

Just keep track of the 2 pack stock as they could sell them out since they it is under retail and shipped coming in under $400. If I use my pop points on them I can get the 2-pack shipped to my door for $348.72 which is a stellar deal. I'm debating grabbing another two pack to hit 20 TK's for my army building.
I got the troopers as part of a larger order. I was actually able to get 20% off of the troopers @$144 a piece and also got a Han and Chewie two pack and Obi wan for 20% off. In my opinion THAT is the glitch as I was able to get the pre-ordered products for the 20% off.
I ended up getting the Han/Chewie two pack for $320 USD and Obi wan for $170 with the $144 troopers. I received the troopers today and USPS says the second shipped order with Han/Chewie and Obi will be here Tuesday.
Well that's the thing we both are speculating and we will never know the reason so its moot to even argue. The fact is people were able to get great deals on items and they fixed the issue with their website. Those are the actual facts.
