Can't speak for everyone, but for me Sam is the one I dealt with. He's the one that didn't answer my emails. He's the one that jumped all over me when I posted my dissatisfaction. He's the one that threatened me when I didn't see things his way. He's the one with the huge file at the BBB. He's the one that stayed as Andgor after the partnership went south. He's a piece of ****. But thats just my viewpoint.
