How long does it normally take for a cape to ship over to the UK? Getting a tad concerned now. I even asked for it to marked as goft and at a lower price of $25 (instead of $35) to avoid customs since in the past $30 and under worked for me.

Was posted on the 5th, so I told myself to wait til today, still no sign of it.

it was posted on the 5th and takes 5-10 business days that is only weekdays excluding holidays and can take upwards to 2 and a half weeks during regular time, but with the holidays it can take up to 3 weeks. thanks

How are lforigno's capes different from clipping than the HT one? I have the Batman Begins Bruce Wayne one recetnyl released, and for the life of me, I cant get it to hook.

Someting I always wanted to post here:

I got a cape from Lance myself, although I already had my own custom cape. To be honest, his is far superior and I meanwhile stopped displaying my own one. :lol
The fabric is just perfect for the capes (I have a TDK velvet cape). Afterwards it became somehow a hobby for me to find a velvet fabric that is as good as the one Lance is using. I had no success, to be honest I did not even come close. :lol
Further Idont know how he does it, but the cut is just perfect. Corners are sharp, circles are perfectly round and each has the same size. Absolutly FLAWLESS!
Thanks Lance!

If you have BB Bruce, you need to remove the cowl, put the cape over the neck and readjust the cowl. The triangle clips are not neccessary anymore. In fact they were at the wrong position anyway. If you want to keep them, check out some movie stills, break them and glue them to the correct spot OR put a small holein the cape at the correct position and adjustthem there. Personally I dont mind to let them off. :)

Any suggestions what kind of glue would be the best, as in one that can be used on velvet; don't want to spoil me cape..

I dont see any reason to use glue on the cape. :dunno

2 options to attach the clips:

1. break them and glue the to the cowl

2. Make a hole in the cape on the correct position and put them in there. Go a few pages back. Someone already did this, he might be a better help. Just take the time and read through this thread. It is really worth it.

Personally I have chosen option 3 and left them away. Howerver I just got my replacement clips and am debating what to do... :dunno

sorry where can I find the installation thread again??

for the dark knight cape just take the ends of the fabric and stick them into the slots of the armor. For the begins cape I design it like the takara cape where there is a hole which you just slide over the long neck adapter. Then take the head and push it back on over that.

Guess I'll go with the first option, willing to take chances with the cowl. Thanks a lot Gray.
