Custom Jim Lee 1/3 or 1/4 Premium Format-ish Question

Guys I want to make a custom 1/3 (24 inch) or 1/4 (18 inch) scale statue of a Jim Lee Batman. The cape will be fabric. Here is my reference I will be using. My question is 1/4 or 1/3?

I hope to have it complete by the end of January.

Or you could make an awesome 1/3 stand-alone piece, and then wait for the inevitable 1/4 PF by Sideshow

Make it 1/3 and display it inbetween the eventual Sideshow 1/4 pf, 1/2 legendary, and 1/1 bust.

If you're going the custom route already I'd say 1:3, Sideshow will producing PFs in 1:4 scale anyway whether it's a Jim Lee inspired piece or not and the larger scale will definitely help it to standout.
