Customized 1/6 Slave Leia Figure

This is my favorite shot for now (with my horrible digital camera) as it looks the most like the scene from the movie--- once I've got the stairs on either side (using Metaphorge's example.... danka) and then a background I think it'l come together nicely. I'm glad that I found a large enough space in my office to display the Jabba and if anyone out there has a Jabba I strongly suggest that you kitbask a slave Leia--- it adds so much to the scene. Either the gumby version or MaulFan's articulated one...

The stairs will add a lot to your scene, glad you liked mine. You might want to grab a big board and paint it up to look like the palace flooring to put the whole shebang on, as the woodgrain of the shelf/table you're displaying on kind of disrupts the scene.

My bbi Perfect Body got in today; now I'm just waiting on the Hasbro Leia. Of course, Mr. Hughes just schooled us all on Leia kitbashing, so I've already got Version 2.0 percolating in my head....

I totally missed that thread and his explanation on his slave Leia--thanks for the hook-up! I can't wait to add the stairs (maybe this weekend) and I'm definitely going to put something down to hide the wood table--and I really want a grate for Luke to be standing on. Post some pics as you get your slave Leia together--are you going to stick with the Hasbro head (far from perfect) or are you going to go Hughes' way and use the GG head from a Boussh mini-bust with some dremel aid? I think what he said is true--as soon as the GG slave Leia comes out (May?) there'll be plenty of resin heads of her that you could pick up for $10 easy on E-bay so I think I'll leave the Hasbro one on now and upgrade later.

Please keep adding and sharing pics of your Jabba set-up... Between you and Maulfan there're some great ideas that speaking on behapf of others we'd love to use--- although I'm not as much an expert as you to light my hookah bowl---- that rocks!!!!
