Beast and Nightcrawler are 1/5 comiquettes, while Wolverine, Cyclops, and Gambit are 1/4 PFs. So I would stay away from Beast and Nightcrawler if you want a set in the same scale.

I had Beast, Colossus, and Nightcrawler preordered but canceled them when I found this forum. I'm 1/4 only from now on. It'll probably be 3 or 4 years before they release all the X-Men I want but I'm fairly patient.

Sure hope the EX isnt the visor-less head:(
oh and nightcrawler and beast will look awesome in classic costumes!!!!

I wouldnt mind the ruby red sun glasses look as long as the arm is also interchangable so the position wasnt set up specifically for his visor.

I don't care for the face in the video. Hopefully the pictures will change my mind.

Beautiful piece. I could do without the coat but still, it's one of the best Marvel PF's i've seen in a long time...good job Sideshow.

If they made the arm movable (up and down, so he could have his fingers closer or further away from his visor) and removable in the process, then you could feasibly take the jacket off. I hope they give it that option.

[grumble]Be nice if the damn pouches and leg belts were removable, too.[/grumble]

This is not a toy! :monkey3:wink1:

Does that means the first X-Men vs Sentiniel(Cyclops and Colossus vs Sentiniel) is a fail?

It does indeed, and I would be happy to take that fail-tastic piece to the junk yard for anyone interested. Just send me the statue and I will dispose of it free of charge!!

Lol, I guess I grew up on Star Wars instead of Marvel. When I have to decide which piece gets the shelf, Star Wars wins out because of the nostalgia factor.

Oh boy, don't let Ski hears this. He'll be all over you in no time. "Marvel or fail" Ski might say.

It's probably offensive to some fans for me to admit this, but I know the characters from the films rather than the comics--and since Sideshow always does comic versions instead, it makes it easier to pass. If they did a Hugh Jackman Wolverine PF, for example, I would get it primarily as a movie collectible.

Ultimately, your collecting budget has to follow your passions and interests. I would rather leave the Marvel or Universal Monster (etc.) pieces to the true fans who will really cherish them.

That being said, I still think that Cyclops is looking good!
