Yea I agree, I wish they had posted some pics with the jacket off. Maybe I'll like it better on. But would have been nice to see. Maybe we will get lucky and they can post some pictures with the jacket off before it ships. Also, I am hoping they do a 1/4 full sculpt Wolverine in a similar costume sometime in the next year or so lol! Pretty unlikely though isn't it?

I am really picky on scale, but the Wolverine comiquette is between 1/4th and 1/5th and he looks fine next to Gambit and Sabertooth. I will try to take pictures later today to show the comiquette's scale next to them.

That would be great if you had pictures. Doesn't that wolverine comiquette sell for like $500+ though? Was hoping not to spend an arm and a leg but probably won't have much choice unless I wait a LONG time for it. That and I don't LOVE the base but could probably live with it. I'm new to this hobby and have had to pay a lot to get past stuff (venom). One last thing, I wish SS would put what scale the piece is on their product listings.

I am picky in that I only want 1/4th statues, like 90% of the other people here...if you want to see serious pickiness, go read some of the Hot Toys threads. If you are trying to make a point on my confusion on the placement of Magneto's helmet, I wasn't the first person by far to mention it and I made one comment, hardly getting "worked up". Thus, I will quote you:

I started asking for a Jim Lee Cyclops PF back in September of 2008, how about you? The whole point of this message board is for people to comment, praise, critique Sideshow collectibles. The whole point of the Sideshow comment section, is to post comments. Yes, Sideshow does listen and they have changed things in the past when there are multiple comments (ex: Firefly camo head).

I didn't know you were joking and thought it was another pointless comment/jab. I am just tired of people praising anything Sideshow does and thinking that anyone who critiques Sideshow is not a true fan. I agree that some people go overboard with the negativity, but the whole point of these boards is to discuss Sideshow items. We both are Cyclops fans and are both very excited about this PF.
The only thing we really disagree about is the goofiness of putting Magneto's helmet on the back and I think you even understand that no one will see it.

I am actually in the camp with the people that think it was an odd choice to put the helmet on the back. Doesn't make me not want the statue of course (since its one of those no harm no foul deals). But I thought the exact same thing when I noticed it was on the back behind the rocks. "What a strange place to put that". Maybe it would have looked even more out of place on the front, however, they probably just should have left it off completely or put something on the front that actually ADDED value to the statue.
Overall looks like a great piece! Hope it's even better in person.
