I'd be all in if there was a 1:6 Tachikoma bundled with this Motoko. Sadly, I'm not enamored by her aesthetic from this series. However, knowing that its Damtoys, its presumably going to be overpriced.

Well, guess it’s better late than never I suppose. I hope this means we’ll see more GITS 1/6 merch. I would like one from the 1st animated movie since I grew up with that film, so I have a bit of an attachment to Kusanagi. It’d be awesome if a company made a portrait based off of Shirow’s drawings of Major.

Damtoys make nice figures…but they take their sweeeeeeet time. So I don’t necessarily want them to have all of the GITS license.

Really like the face and body. Clothing is okay. Def getting this. Damtoys female figs seem to hit higher after market prices, so FOMO is gonna get me.

How’s the show?

I did not even know this show existed on Netflix until I was browsing some preorder listings and saw the Batou figure.

The reviews seem to be poor but I like the aesthetics of the figures (and they provide both jointed and seamless arms).

Would have preferred figures from the original anime - i only own the ThreeZero ScarJo figures and statue. Off topic but as someone with some Asian descent, I did not have an issue with the so called “white washing” from the 2017 movie.
