The likeness to Sheen isn't there, but that's definitely his hair style.

This would be the way to bring back GI Joe, I see an awesome Grunt in the pictures above! Wow, great detail at such a small scale, I hope this size does well for them.

If you're going to give this figure Charlie Sheen's hair, you need to give him Charlie Sheen's face.

Otherwise, give him a more generic hairstyle.

I've seen lots of pics/film footage of American soldiers in Vietnam, and I've never noticed any of them with hedgehog hair.
