is it just me or does it still not look like 1/5th scale. Next the Punisher he is tiny.

The Punisher is listed as 6'1" in the Marvel Universe Wiki. The comiquette stands at 16 inches from the bottom of the feet to the top of the head. This makes him above 1/5 scale and below 1/4 scale, therefore larger than anything truly 1/5 scale. Elektra is also larger than 1/5 scale making DD seem small. This is what annoys me about SS and their wonky scales. Make it 1/5 or make it 1/4. Stop with this BS in between scales that don't play nice with other scales.

Ya know what has been great about these comiquettes for me? They have got me back into reading Comics. I have always kept up on Hulk but lost touch with the others in the Marvel Universe. Got a year subscrip to Marvel Digital Comics and have been having a blast.

Catching up with Punisher has been great. I forgot why I loved him so much. The movies really tainted my memory of him.

And because of this great DD Comiquette I have started getting into the DD comics. I always liked DD. But mostly knew him when he crossed over into my other comics.

I can't believe what I have been missing all of these years. I think this character may be one of Marvels best most fleshed out charaters. I love reading about Matt Murdock as much as I do DD. I can't say the same for Peter Parker or Bruce Banner. I like Spidey and Hulk much more. But what goes on in Matt's life is just as interesting as Daredevil's. Just a great character and comic!!

Anyways It has been great reading comics again. Yet something else to thank Sideshow for.

i get the feeling that the Daredevil Comiquette will still be off scale from the Bullseye Comiquette I have. *shrugs* ... I cant wait for my piece, its an awesome statue its just that I have the feeling that even the upcomming Iceman will be off-scale from Psylocke, Nightcrawler, Beast, Colossus, and Angel. It gets a little frustrating when you start a collection and 1 piece throws it off completely. Dont get me wrong, Daredevil is a musthave ... but wtf... it doesnt match Elektra or Bullseye.

Well I think bullseye is true 1/5 scale but Elektra is between 1/4 and 1/5 so it may match Bullseye com better.

thx, well its kinda weird that the mystique comiquette was in between 1/5th and 1/4th scale as well. *shrugs*

I think Sideshow mentioned that in the future they'd be more upfront about the scales. I hope at Comic Con that Nick Fury, Angel, Storm and Sue Storm are on display so that there can be comparisons made to consistency in their works as of late.

I wonder if they will conveniently leave out the X-men PFs again like last time to make the other statues look bigger.

Just received my shipping notice. It'll be here on Thursday. Thanks to all the people who posted pics and videos. The wait will be so much easier knowing that this piece looks so good. I was worried about the scale and thought I wouldn't keep the piece. All those great pics and videos has me dying to get this piece!

Have been trying for 15 minutes, my wife has said something true, "It is not an item you get from those $10 shops, it should fit perfectly well." And I give up then.

Any chance you try filing down the pegs a little to make it fit or something?

Try and find out from barbarin or anyone else who has theirs and see if they have some advice for you.
