Watched first 3 episodes. Wow. Episode 3 is just everything we could have hoped for from the season, minus one character. Watching this episode made it clear why casting actors is more important than casting muscles.

I re-watched the first season in preparation for this, and I liked it a lot more the second time. I think Charlie Cox's Daredevil is my favorite live action portrayal of a superhero ever!

Glad to see you guys are liking the second season. I can't wait to watch it!

Not sure when I'm gonna watch this. But am very excited to do so. I didn't rewatch the first season. Might do that with my wife before plunging into season 2. Or is there a "recap" thing we could sit through?

On a serious note, yeah there is a recap you can watch bud.

Finished Ep.4. I think I'm just going to start posting TMK or TMF when there's too much Karen or Foggy. Excellent episode but TMK.[emoji1]

I'm on Episode 4 now and daaaamn, they sure as hell ain't implying any violence this time around, it's front and center... Really makes me wish Moon Knight is next in line, they'd probably execute the "face" scene perfectly.

PS1: Yep, I was right about the rooftop scene. It was PERFECT!

PS2: Hands down, best Live-Action Punisher. He's a straight-up beast. I'm really hoping he gets his own show in Phase 2 of the Netlfix stuff, alongside Moon Knight, Ghost Rider and Blade.

Going away for the weekend so won't get to watch, which means avoiding this thread from until then.

Bernthal is somehow even more amazing as Frank than I'd thought he'd be. He really appeals to the humanity in Castle. I'm on episode 6, now, and I tend to think of comic Punisher as a complete stoic; a guy who will never show any vulnerability to anyone; a guy who lost that when his family died and is now an unrepentant killing machine, but they've really done a great job of emphasizing the fact that Castle is still very human on this show. He keeps all of the important traits while adding another layer to the character, and it is ridiculously compelling to watch.

I'm on episode 5 and I'm already satisfied. To me, this season is far better than season 1
