You didn’t have to pay taxes, did you? As far as I can make up from my order, eBay already taken care of the taxes, is that right? It’s been a long while since I ordered something from outside EU on eBay.
Correct. No taxes. So, customs were cleared in the Netherlands, head sculpt delivered in Italy.

Not entirely true. Some chinese sellers on ebay declare that they paid vat on behalf of the customer, but it isn't true. I paid no VAT for the sculpt. I don't know how this works, but I think similar to what the Hong Kong resellers do in order for the customer to not have to pay taxes. I don't wanto to name shops, but basically every single one of them does it.Ebay charge VAT up front now, which is a good thing inasmuch as the courier/postal service can't charge you a fee for the privilege of paying it on your behalf. On some items the fee could be more than the thing itself.
But not good inasmuch as you can't dodge taxes any more!

Let me help you finding something that will bother you. There are no button holes in de collar extension on the jacket. No thanks needed.Well, with a better head sculpt, custom holster, new shoes, custom jacket collar, a few wires, water treatment and a whole lot of futzing I think he’s done! At least until I see something else that bothers me enough to take action…View attachment 604562View attachment 604563
Ordered one myself. Rick is my grail piece.Had to darken the eyebrows a little myself but very, very happy with this paint job. Way better than the DT one. Might get another to bloody up a bit.

Regardless. I just hope they got it sorted with customs. It’s a drag having to reclaim double payed VAT.So some of them have found a way round it.
When I see listings they already have the tax built into the price showing. But I don't buy much on Ebay any more so haven't searched widely to see if it's always the case.
This was Ebay's breakdown of the payment for the head:
1 item US $28.49
Postage US $2.99
VAT *US $6.30
Order total US $37.78
*VAT collected by eBay on this transaction based on applicable laws.
Yep check out @oldtravelerworkshop on Instagram for the holster. He does great work.Just got in the figure on Monday from China. It's amazing but definitely needs to be upgraded. I ordered one of the painted heads from China yesterday and will get the shoes ordered as well. I read that there's an updated/custom holster as well?
