Hey guys... I just today got this house together, we are renting it from my Wife's uncle and have the option that if we want to buy it eventually we can. It's brand new... never been lived in. 3 BR/2 bath.

Wow, that's one beautiful place. Will it be big enough? Three bedrooms is solid for the future dark artists, but does it have a collectibles room? Can't make out any fences, so check out what the neighbours are like to gauge what you may be in for. I guess you'll find out what's what before you actually go ahead and buy.
