I hope you're not turning into a zombie. I have heard this is how it starts. By chance were you recently bitten by a zombie? Or perhaps have come into contact with a carrier of a zombie virus?

crappy thing to happen this week of all weeks too. hope you and jane get better very soon, darren. unisex flu isn't as bad as man flu i hear, so keep your fingers crossed...

I wish it WAS unisex flu..... it was Swine Flu though

thanks man... no we werent better for xmas so it was pretty rubbish lol... but a few days after we managed to crawl out of bed and sit on the couch without throwing up, so we watched seasons 2 and 3 of The Big Bang Theory... so it wasnt all bad

Well... we're both better now, finally. And back at work... I opened my email program yesterday (something I was dreading) and I knew I had a lot as I'd been checking them on my phone whenever I could concentrate enough on it and I knew there was a lot.... but OMG I didnt realise just how many

I had 413 emails waiting for me... plus 10 messages in here.

It took me over four hours yesterday just to go through and delete the ones that werent work related or that didn't require replies!!! So now I'm going through the rest still, trying to reply to as many as I can before I get on with my painting & sculpting. Which I REALLY need to get to... a month off sick when I was already behind is not what i needed.

anyway.... I'm back now. Thanks for all your well wishes, and I've got the Tron: Legacy soundtrack playing (awesome!!)....so I guess I better get on with some emails!! lol

That's strange you've updated today. I've felt ill since this morning and was thinking of this thread when you mentioned you weren't well.

Swine Flu !. Once you've had it you can never catch it again though right ?. Your body builds a sort of defence or something surely ?.
At least you don't have to worry about it now if so , it's been all over the papers from what I've seen.

I've just seen your Spock and McCoy sculpts. They are simply the BEST out there! I could only imagine how well you could sculpt a Grand Moff Tarkin for example.

oh I'm so sorry guys, I haven't been onto this thread for the longest time ever! I started to do all my daily updating on my facebook page and I was so busy that I stopped coming to all the forums I used to (this one, gadget ones, prop making ones etc) ...and because of that I lost touch with all you guys.

Because the Spock figures are finally being sold now and all that is moving again, I promise I'll try to come here more often!! (although my facebook page is still the best way to know what I'm doing most days - there's also my website which is an archive.. still being added to... of my previous works. Nice and easy to see everything)

ok gonna add just a few pieces that I've worked on recently. I still won't have time to be as active in this forum as some, I've got my website, email and facebook page for that. (facebook page is the one I post on every day)

This was a Padme figure where I had to dremel out the head and add/sculpt all new hair and give it my usual full paint job. I'm really happy with the transformation
