finally got mine in today fellas. #96 out of 500 (one of the lowest numbers i ever got). obviously there isn't anything else I can say that hasn't been said already about this. its pure EPIC. pure and simple. love it! the only ish I had was it was super hard for me to get the cloak to stay on the right way with the shoulder magnets. doesn't seem to sit very tightly with the cloak under it. makes me nervous.

I have the same issue. I am keeping the cloak over the armor for now. Don't want to risk the shoulder armor falling off.

Sorry you've been having issues getting your photos through to Customer Service. Please note that one of the main reasons emails with photos actually never make it to our customer service/returns department is due to the total size of all attachments being sent. If the total amount of all attachments exceeds past 5MB the email will not make it through the email system due to restrictions that are in place. If your total attachments are not exceeding 5MB then I apologize that your emails keeps not making it through. If you continue to have the same issue please feel free to PM me and I'll try to facilitate getting the images from you directly and passing them along to the returns department.

Your frustration is understandable, however you can voice your displeasure with Sideshow without resorting to insults or name calling.

We do have Sideshow Reps, like Sideshow Alex who replied to your comment, that post from time to time.

On my PF, I've got only the wire loops from the cloak underneath the shoulder pads to hide them from view.

Just opened my EX today. #197/500. All I can say that this is epic. The detail on this thing is great. At first the lights didn't come on but when I changed the batteries all RED guys!!.. He's heavy and got some real great presence. I love both portraits and can't decide which one is better. The lights on his arm is a bit dim, is that true for all you guys? Anyways, after getting a bad Shaak and Aayla this makes up for it. I don't need lady Jedi's in my house when I have a major Sith Lord!!!

hey man make sure you monitor the lights situation. I am now waiting on my third lightsaber and others are having some issues as well. Mine crapped out after about 30 minutes.

Serious? I left it on for about 10-15 minutes and the lights were fine. Malgus is back in his box for now.

Yes, the light feature on both gauntlets are a bit on the dim side. So much so that I didn't think they lit up until others here said they do.

Yes, both portraits rock! Congrats!

Got this beauty today #39/1000. Love the statue. Huge and heavy. Unfortunately my saber doesn't work. Turned on for a few seconds and has flickered off. Can't get it to turn back on. Arrrrggg!!! Also his head sculpt has some issues. There is some missing sliver paint right at the front of the mask. (looks very noticeable) and some green pain on the top of his head. I got this through an online comic store hope it isn't a pain in the a** to get some replacement pieces.

Also it seems they didn't paint the saber blades to match the hilt. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks man! Malgus is one of the best SW PFs I own. The head sculpts are both top notch. I prefer the EX head, but switch them out occasionally.

New lightsaber tech looks great visually. There do seem to be some reliability issues with it though. For instance, Malgus wouldn't light up after being off for few days. I had to keep turning it off and on and then wiggling it and it came on and is working fine now. Aayla Secura's light saber actually makes a low humming sound when it is turned on and I have to wiggle it sometimes to get it to fully light up. No issues with Shaak Ti's light saber.
