Just shipped this guy back yesterday, hopefully the next one arrives undamaged. I did not get a offer to keep it as is or I would have attempted fixing it, but would not expect it to be worth it so I did not ask.

Yea, I can never understand why they want to pay $60+ in shipping plus the cost of replacing it or offer me $30-$40 to keep it. If they would offer a fair amount it would make everyone better off.
