I want them both really bad...but it looks like Malgus did officially sell out so you should jump on that waitlist asap if you're considering wanting him later.

I also totally agree about the 1/6 Malgus.

Once the ""Checking Inventory" notice is taken down I'm jumping on the WL. I'm sure it will convert and if it doesn't...oh well.

EX is only 500 pieces. I can see this being another Darth Talon in terms of aftermarket value.

That's awesome, you guys pushed me over the line to purchase it last week , with all your positive comments. I am glad i bought it now. 500 is not a large amount by any means, I am surprised it didn't sell out faster with numbers like that. Shame I didn't buy a few

Sure he is. But I am pretty sure the reason why Talon is so popular is because of her sexiness. Huge cape and less skin and she wouldn't hit 700-900$ on ebay.

I'm not sure about this. I think he will be ok but not even close to talon.

on top the ex is much better then a simple piece of fabric like in talons case..

I understand that sex sells.. and thats def. why talon is so high up there (Same will be with Shaak Ti I think) .. but Malgus has different pros people will appreciate later on..

but.. we will see in about a year from now

The character looks cool, but you can't get everything SS releases. Unless you're filthy rich... anyways, I'll wait for its 1:6 release and make the choice then. I like getting the Star Wars females in PF, looking forward to Shaak Ti!

Those are the reasons I thought as well. Such a small edition size, very good EX accessory, and the buzz has been pretty solid for him. He's not sexy but he's very cool looking. He'll fetch good prices on secondary market in the future. May not hit Talon prices, but he'll go for well above retail.

For me a cape is not a "simple" gimmik. Capes can give so much coolness to a character - see Talon or Grievous where EX-heads can fail a lot. I don't say that the Malgus EX head is bad, I only say that capes are awesome and I can't say that heads are better than capes.

I should be more accurate.. yes the GG cape is great.. or the one from Anikan.. or Doku.. but Talons.. C'mom.. its very simply tailored..

Waiting for the 1/6 also, maybe even Shaak Ti. Only in 1/6. I have room for about 30 more. The PF, are to big and something would have to go on the bottom.
