The forums are a big part of what make collecting so much fun.
It's strange to think of all the people that collect Sideshow, and aren't a part of these forums. But I assume there's a lot of them out there.

I saw the Hulk PF at SDCC in 2006.Got my Hulk PF in 2007.Did not know about SS Freaks until late 2010.And got in on the fun 2011.So we can only imagine how many more SS collectors are out there.
The forum is great..It can get off track and brutal some times.But then again that is part of the fun.
I have been waiting for DC and The Old Republic and SS has finally delivered.Darth Malgus will be awesome.

I will say one downside to being a member of this forum is sometimes other freaks talk you into wanting/buying pieces that you might not normally consider. Either by their fantastic photo skillz or by word of mouth, our friends here can make you broke!
I can't tell you how many times a new piece has been sneaked and EVERYBODY is hyped for it and you're like:
"Oh man that is sssooooooo COOL!!!!! Check out that paint Job, it's like BAM IN MY FACE! Did you see the details in that armor bro?! It's like DANG SON!!!!!!!!
Dayum that EX is the BEST EX EVAR!!!!!!!
(*starts sobbing*) This piece is so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I GOTS TA SHOUT IT SO THAT THEY CAN HEAR MY EXCITMENT ALL THE WAY OVER AT STATUE FORUM!!!!!!!! I........uh.......wait........uhhh.... ok........just realized that I don't care for this line or character,.... and .....uh...... I think that was the hype gettin' to me..... so....yeah.
Congratz to all you peeps who will get this..."
So in that aspect, the guys who know nothing of this place are very very lucky!
