Ebay price feels like too much. SO do you guys think I can get ex malgus at $450(include shipping) after relase? I want this guy so badly!

IMO, $450 with shipping included isn't a bad price for being $75 over SRP.

I don't think you will find it for that cheap probably ever. With the current trend on eBay SS's exclusive's only seem to go up higher and higher the longer the figure has been released. The cheapest Shaak Ti exclusive over there is already $150 over msrp and that has only been out for a little over a week. And Malgus is going to be a lot more of a popular character than Shaak Ti.

Maybe if you jump on a member here right away that wants to sell it because they have to get rid of it fast to be able to afford something else is the only way I see you finding it for only $450. But I find chances of that happening very slim to none.

Ebay has one on there for $550 plus shipping right now. If you really want the exclusive you might just have to bite the bullet and settle for it around this price before it goes way up.

That's not really counting the shipping cost or PayPal fees. Sure Malgus is $375 but its $33 for SS to ship it to me so $408 total. Then I'd have to ship it to someone and tack on PayPal fees. I wouldn't break even at $450.

What a lot of people seem to forget when buying on ebay is that ebay charges 9% of the final value plus they hit you with another 3.5% in paypal fees. So you sell a statue for $450 but really you basically got $390, after you've paid shipping to Sideshow, you're actually losing money on a $375 statue.

Which is why I think if you're going to sell, the forum is better.

Ah...I misunderstood your original post. I thought you were buying a Malgus PF Ex off of eBay.

Looking at the completed auctions, it looks like you can currently get the Malgus Ex for a deal. They've been selling regularly for $400-450(with free shipping). Cost to a lot of people is $374.99+$33.75(tax)+$20.16(shipping)=$428.90

So if you find one for anywhere around $450, that's a pretty good deal in my opinion.

Break even would probably be around $455 or $440 if the buyer paid the PP fees. I'm still on board if you want to sell.
