Shipping cost would kill that. You should send a letter to the customs, no excuse for that kind of treatment, it would have been easier to just open the box the right way. I would file a damage claim with them if that is even possible.

You're right with the shipping cost... specially since I'm from the Philippines...

I know "they" are working really hard but yeah it would have been a lot easier to just open the box like normal people would for inspection... oh well

Nice! The grain in your pics make it look like a still photo from a movie; except the armor and belt.

There's a good possibility Vader PF will be even taller than Malgus since it will be on a staircase base. We'll see.

Height isn't a problem, width is. Malgus is holding his lightsaber slightly sideways, and because he's facing more in one direction, it makes it difficult to achieve a suitable pose with him in a detolf. I don't know how that's gonna work out for Vader, I'll likely get him regardless, but it's still something worth thinking about.

I hear ya. I'm glad I don't use Detolfs.

Sorry to bump this thread again, but I felt quite compelled to add something,
Sideshow Star Wars Darth Malgus Premium Format Statue Light Saber Light Broken | eBay

So I know it comes with a broken saber, but if you get Pixel to fix that blade up for you (and the cost is around 60-ish I think?) you could get a perfect Malgus for slightly over 300...

Must be nice living in the States with all these resources around you, just waiting for you to tap onto. I paid alot more for my Malgus, and it's still having an impact on my expenditure to this day. I don't regret getting the statue, hell no, but it was $$$ >_<

Thanks...bought it that way off ebay for a good price a year or so ago. Lightsabers were listed as kind of working and they did on and off for a while but eventually died.
