Oh i was more faulting their quoting you that time frame than commenting on your frustration, your feelings are understandable, I think they gave you a poor expectation

Has anyone received a new portrait because of the eye issue?? I was recently told they will not replace mine.... after origianlly being told I was going to months ago. they told me "they all have this issue" & replacing it would not solve the problem.
If I was to find out others are getting new portraits & they screwd me over on mine... id be mighty P.O.ed
On a good note they will be replacing my dome because it rubbed in the package and left a scuff mark on the top.

It seems they don't have (or don't want) replacement heads. so if yours gets the lazy eye, be happy and at least ask for a refund.

You're right Spiker, that's why Sideshow gave me a refund, because my Shaw head was perfect LOL. I agree with Skiman, the discussion about the Shaw head was already on previous posts where after you asked "Very interesting how quiet the people now are who cried so loud in the beginning..." you disappeared yourself. Please just read the previous posts and let's end this once for all...
